Grisham Corp. and Vortex Enterprises, Inc. announced today that they would move their
home site to this very site. So, where did the magazine go? Good Question! Jordan Grisham, owner of Grisham
Corp. and co-owner of Vortex Enterprises, Inc. had this to say,
"As of today August 13, 2004, The Vortex Magazine will only cover the Anarchist Wrestling
Federation. This will be part of our restructuring that will benefit both VEI and Grisham Corp. The Vortex Magazine
has always covered the AWF and will continue. As for other federations we have developed a new magazine that will be
unveiled early next week. Now the magazine will start off with minimal things being done as we will need a staff to
help with the publication. We are excited to announce this and hope that all federations that were previously with us
will join again. Once we have the new site up and running you will have to do a new contract. Some terms will
remain the same but alot of things will be different. We are very eager to get it up and running!"
There you have it ladies and gentlemen...Jordan Grisham along with his financial
backers will launch a new magazine next week and The Vortex Magazine will now only cover The AWF. So if you want things
to return to normal with this new magazine you might want to help find some staff members! All possible staff memebers

Grisham Corp. to Unveil New Magazine

Jordan Grisham announced today that a new magazine would be unveiled late next week
or early the following week. This comes after issues that stemmed from previous ownership of The Vortex Magazine with
XNET and former wrestlers and employees of feds that were affiliated or in some way involved with The Vortex Magazine.
Jordan stated today that all issues between The Vortex Magazine and XNET were
worked out and there should not be any problems. The new magazine will open with a new name that will be released by
the middle of next week. Before any federations will be covered a staff must be in place. So, if you or anyone
you know would like to help out please contact Jordan Grisham.
